Job summary
ZEISS in India is seeking a Training Specialist to assess and educate new and existing employees, opticians and customers across the region. You will organize seminars, classroom training sessions and programs to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
The role requires a Bachelor or Master degree in Optometry and 2–5 years of industry training experience. You will collaborate with the ZEISS Recruiting Team and support regional training initiatives.

As a training specialist you shall be resposnble for assessing and educating new and current employees and our opticians and customers across the given region. The training specialist is responsible for organizing & conducting seminars, class room training session and programs for the customers.
- Education : Bachelor or Master or higher degree in Optometry
- Work Experience- 2-5 years of experience in industry, with proven track record of training and education
