Job summary

ZEISS in Bengaluru is seeking a Training Specialist to educate new and current employees, opticians, and customers across the region. You will organize and conduct seminars, classroom training sessions and programs for customers.

You will train internal sales teams, customer care and fitter staff, and deliver optician trainings through conferences and seminars, including hospital training for doctors and optometrists. Willingness to travel extensively is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in optometry with 2-6 years relevant experience in products training in ophthalmic segment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Person should be willing to travel extensively.
