Job summary

ZEISS Group in India is seeking a skilled clinical applications specialist to support OT procedures and engage with surgeons during product demonstrations. You will also deliver clinical training and assist the sales team with evaluations and installations.

The role requires strong presentation abilities, hands-on operating room experience, and willingness to travel 50–60% across North India. A Life Sciences or Biomedical background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical field.
• Experience in clinical applications or OT support in Neurosurgery, ENT, or Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
• Hands-on OR experience with surgeons during procedures.
• Strong presentation and communication for product demonstrations and clinical talks.
• Willingness to travel across North India (50-60%).

Responsibilities

• Attend OT procedures to provide clinical application support.
• Assist surgeons during product demonstrations and clinical cases.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales clinical training to healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Life Sciences, Biomedical.
• Relevant experience in clinical applications or OT support within Neurosurgery, ENT, or Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
• Hands-on experience attending surgeries and interacting with surgeons in the operating room.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience in delivering product demonstrations and clinical presentations.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North India (approximately 50-60% travel).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical application support by attending operating room (OT) procedures and assisting surgeons during product demonstrations and clinical cases.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales product presentations, clinical training, and user education to healthcare professionals.
• Support the sales team in product evaluations, installations, and customer onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key stakeholders by providing excellent clinical support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
