Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Optometry with 1–2 years of product training experience in ophthalmic segments, strong communication, Malayalam proficiency, and willingness to travel

Purpose of this position / Position summary :

By staying updated on industry trends and product advancements, they tailor training content to meet specific needs and improve performance. Their role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to design comprehensive curricula, facilitating workshops, and providing ongoing support to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the organization.
