Job summary

Oliva Skin & Hair Clinic in Telangana, India, is seeking a training professional to conduct new hire induction, plan refresher trainings, and drive TNI and TNA. You will develop and update training content, maintain a knowledge base, and assess training effectiveness with performance metrics.

You will also perform process and quality audits, maintain training records and certifications, and support new process rollouts and ongoing learning initiatives across Clinics & BPM.
