Job summary

YO IT Consulting in Delhi is seeking a Technical Trainer - Pharmacy with 2–5 years of experience to lead retail-focused training programs. The role requires coordinating internal and on-the-job training, developing monthly calendars, and delivering induction and ongoing sessions for frontline staff.

The trainer should possess strong communication and presentation skills, be self-motivated, and willing to travel to retail outlets for on-site training. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.

• Self motivated, excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a flair for customer service orientation, passion for delivering training, responsibility sharing and act as a facilitator to the trainees.
• The incumbent should be flexible to travel and work from the retail outlets for on the job training.
• Should have good communication skills in English, Hindi and the local regional language.

Training Roles & Responsibilities

• Training Need Identification and Analysis; customization of Training Methodology
• Preparation of Monthly Training Calendar

• Plan and deliver induction to new hires on bi-monthly basis

HR: Coordinate with HR

• To receive the list of new joinees eligible for induction and new hire training as per the training calendar
• To submit the attendance of trainees undergoing induction and new hire training
• To track three monthly assessments of trainees and carry out counselling whenever required
• To help solve issues related to attendance, ID card, uniform etc

Budget & MIS

• Generate and maintain training related employee database
• Prepare and report fortnightly Training plan and MIS both for supervisor(s) and frontline associate(s) to the Training coordinator
• Record actual monthly training expenditure in training MIS

Operations & Customer Service

• Encourage and direct supervisors for collecting customer feedback forms
• Collect relevant issues during branch visit and coordinate with concerned in operations for solutions
• Liaison with the concerned in operations to deliver operations modules during New hire training

Required Skillset
