Bakingo is seeking a Sr. Training Executive to lead induction and ongoing training across its retail stores.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management/F&B background preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in Retail Operations Training, QSR, Bakery, Café, or Hospitality.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Chennai, Hyderabad, and other South locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct induction and onboarding training for new retail team members.
• Deliver classroom and on-the-job training on Retail SOPs, customer service, POS operations, food safety, hygiene, and product knowledge.
• Train teams on new product launches, promotions, and operational updates.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs across all retail stores.
• Conduct skill assessments, certifications, and refresher training programs.
• Visit retail centers regularly to identify training needs and provide coaching.
• Track employee training progress and maintain training records.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to improve operational performance.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvement plans.
• Support new store openings by training newly hired staff.
