We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharma Trainer to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical training, with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, products, and sales processes. The Pharma Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of pharmaceutical sales teams, field representatives, and other stakeholders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training modules on product knowledge, sales techniques, regulatory compliance, industry trends, and soft skills.
• Conduct onboarding training for new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, products, and processes.
• Create and update training materials (presentations, manuals, e‑learning modules) to ensure content is relevant, accurate, and engaging.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and medical teams to ensure training aligns with company objectives and industry standards.
• Organize and facilitate both in‑person and virtual training sessions for various teams.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to track the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching to employees, helping them apply training in their day‑to‑day roles.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry, including new products, regulations, and sales techniques.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies during training sessions.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for the organization in pharmaceutical training and related topics.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, sales processes, and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering engaging training programs.
