Job summary

Dishha Staffing Services is seeking a Training & Development role based in Warangal/Khammam area with travel to Vijayawada and Madurai. The ideal candidate holds M.Pharm and will drive employee training to enhance product knowledge, field performance, and customer experience.

Responsibilities include creating monthly training calendars, conducting induction and technical trainings, visiting retail pharmacies for on-the-job coaching, and maintaining training records to measure effectiveness.

Qualifications

• M.Pharm required with strong pharma knowledge.
• B.Pharm: 3+ years experience; M.Pharm: 2+ years.
• Willingness to travel to retail pharmacies for field training.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and plan monthly training calendars.
• Conduct induction, new-hire, technical, process, and soft-skills training.
• Visit retail pharmacies to observe staff, spot gaps, and coach on the job.
• Evaluate knowledge, product understanding, customer interactions, and adherence.
• Provide refresher training based on performance gaps and business needs.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations on assessments, attendance, and training.
• Maintain training records, MIS, and training plans.
• Support operations to improve customer service, product knowledge, and sales.

Experience: B Pharmacy - 3+ years / M pharmacy - 2+ years
Preferred: Pharma training/teaching experience / Medical Reps / Pharma Manufacturing Experience with Good communication Skills

Role Objective: Drive employee training and development to improve product knowledge, field performance, operational skills, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and prepare monthly training calendars.
• Conduct induction, new-hire, technical, process, and soft-skills training.
• Visit assigned retail pharmacies regularly to observe employees on the job, identify training gaps, and provide hands-on/on-the-job coaching and training.
• Evaluate employee knowledge, product understanding, customer interaction, and process adherence during store visits.
• Conduct refresher training based on identified performance gaps and business requirements.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations on employee assessments, counselling, attendance, and training requirements.
• Maintain training records, MIS, training plans, and effectiveness reports.
• Support Operations in improving customer service, product knowledge, sales skills, and pharmacy-level execution.

Ideal Candidate: M.Pharm with strong pharma knowledge, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel to retail pharmacy outlets and independently conduct field-based training and coaching.
