Job summary

Oliva Skin & Hair Clinics is seeking a Process Trainer to design, execute, and evaluate training across Clinics and BPM. You will lead inductions, refresher sessions, and competency assessments while developing SOPs and knowledge materials.

• Relevant experience in Process Training, Learning & Development, Quality, or Operations.
• Experience in induction, process training, audits, assessments, and training effectiveness evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and evaluate training programs for Clinics and BPM employees across the organization.
• Conduct new hire induction and process training; schedule refresher training.
• Identify training needs (TNI) and perform training needs analysis (TNA) to address skill gaps.
• Prepare and administer tests, competency assessments, and certification evaluations.
• Develop and update SOPs, knowledge base articles, presentations and training materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments, feedback, and metrics.
• Conduct process and quality audits; ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and certification trackers.
• Support new process rollouts and continuous learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation; monitor post-training performance.

Job Description Process Trainer (Clinics & BPM)

Job Summary

The Process Trainer is responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating training programs for new hires and existing employees across Clinics and the BPM function. The role focuses on enhancing employee knowledge, ensuring process compliance, improving performance through continuous learning initiatives, and maintaining high-quality training standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire induction and process training for Clinics and BPM employees.
• Plan, schedule, and deliver refresher training programs based on business requirements.
• • Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and prepare Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
• Prepare and administer Process Knowledge Tests (PKTs), competency assessments, and certification evaluations.
• Develop, review, and update training content, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, presentations, and other training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, quality scores, performance metrics, and post-training evaluations.
• Conduct process and quality audits, as and when required, to ensure adherence to organizational standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain training records, certification trackers, attendance records, assessment reports, and learning documentation with accuracy.
• Support new process rollouts, process updates, and continuous learning initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of training programs and process changes.
• Monitor employee performance post-training and provide coaching, feedback, and developmental support where required.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and training governance.

Skills & Competencies
