Job summary

Pronto is seeking an experienced Trainer to professionally train blue-collar workers across household tasks and services. You will establish service standards, ensure consistent delivery, and prepare the workforce to provide high-quality, reliable services to customers.

You will develop training content, SOPs, and performance dashboards; conduct assessments and coaching to close skill gaps, while coordinating with Operations to improve overall efficiency. Hindi training ability is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3–6 years of experience in training, housekeeping, hospitality, or related service environments.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning processes, hygiene standards, and service quality.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, coaching, and people-engagement skills.
• Ability to create simple, structured, practical training content.
• Proficient with Google Slides, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
• Must train effectively in Hindi; basic English communication is also mandatory.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and develop blue-collar workers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured training programs for domestic helpers and service professionals.
• Cover cleaning basics, laundry, ironing, cooking assistance, and customer etiquette.
• Provide refresher and upskilling sessions to improve service skills.
• Develop SOPs, manuals, checklists, and visual learning aids to ensure consistency.
• Assess trainee knowledge via evaluations and on-site performance monitoring.
• Track training effectiveness using assessments and dashboards.
• Identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching to boost performance.
• Plan training batches, assessments, and refresher programs on schedule.
• Collaborate with Operations and Supply teams to improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry practices and training methods.
• Maintain training records using Google Sheets and Slides.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Trainer who can professionally train blue-collar workers across various household tasks and services. The Trainer will play a key role in establishing service standards, ensuring consistency in service delivery, and preparing the workforce to provide high-quality, reliable, and professional services to our customers.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured training programs for domestic helpers and service professionals covering:
• Basic Cleaning , including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and other areas Laundry, ironing, Cooking assistance and kitchen preparation Customer etiquette, professional behaviour, and basic communication
• Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions to continuously improve service skills and performance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training manuals, checklists, and visual learning aids to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Assess trainee knowledge and practical skills through evaluations, demonstrations, and on-ground performance monitoring.
• Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, quality data, and post-training performance.
• Identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching and hand-holding to improve partner performance.
• Ensure timely planning and scheduling of training batches, assessments, and refresher programs.
• Work closely with Operations and Supply teams to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, cleaning techniques, hygiene standards, and innovative training methods.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and performance dashboards using Google Sheets, Slides, and other basic reporting tools

Requirements

• 1-3-6 years of experience in training, housekeeping, hospitality, facility management, or other service-based/blue-collar environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning processes, hygiene standards, and service quality.
