Responsabilidades

• Conduct induction and refresher training for housekeeping staff.
• Train employees on cleaning procedures, housekeeping standards, hygiene and sanitation.
• Demonstrate proper use of cleaning equipment, tools and chemicals.
• Train staff on SOPs, safety procedures and workplace practices.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and on-the-job training.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify training gaps.
• Maintain training records, attendance and assessment reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors to understand operational training requirements.
• Ensure staff are trained on proper PPE usage and chemical handling.
• Conduct periodic refresher and skill-development sessions.
• Monitor compliance with housekeeping and safety standards.
• Prepare training materials, checklists and assessment sheets.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Trainer to conduct training programs for housekeeping staff and ensure employees follow the required cleaning, hygiene, safety, and service standards. The candidate will be responsible for practical and classroom-based training and monitoring employee performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Willingness to work in shifts.
