Job summary

TP in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced corporate trainer to lead US-BFSI process training for a BPO. You will develop and deliver customized programs based on client needs, and facilitate engaging sessions for varied teams.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, plus ability to plan, execute and evaluate training using TTI and TNA, document processes, mentor colleagues and ensure compliance through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in US-BFSI process in a BPO.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing and delivering customized training programs.
• Experience providing soft skills training to enhance leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience planning and executing trainings using TTI and TNA.
• Experience with evaluation, feedback, process documentation, mentoring, coaching and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective training delivery.
