Job summary

Anudip is seeking a BFSI Soft Skill Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales and customer service roles in Delhi-NCR and across India. You will create engaging materials, conduct classroom and virtual sessions, and align content with industry standards and regulatory expectations.

You will update training content, develop assessments, monitor progress, and collaborate with HR and managers to ensure programs meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in BFSI or related training roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities-

Training Program Development:

• Collaborate with subject matter(Sales Customer Service) experts to identify training needs for different BFSI job roles.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with industry standards and regulations.
• Create engaging training materials, presentations, and resources that facilitate effective learning.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct classroom and/or virtual training sessions for employees and new hires, focusing on building essential skills and knowledge.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, case studies, simulations, and role-playing activities student retention.
