Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
