Job summary

Kriyalogic in Chennai, India is seeking a skilled BPO Sales Training professional to design and implement training programs for both new hires and existing staff. The role focuses on sales processes, product knowledge, and soft skills to enhance performance.

The incumbent will create engaging modules, deliver presentations, assess learning outcomes, and provide continuous coaching to improve efficiency and results.

Responsibilities

• Prior experience in BPO Sales Training is mandatory.
• Conduct training programs for new joiners and existing employees in BPO Sales processes.
• Deliver product, process, sales, and soft-skills training.
• Develop and deliver engaging training modules, presentations, and assessments.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Conduct role plays, mock calls, knowledge checks, and assessments.
• Identify training gaps and implement appropriate action plans.
• Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training effectiveness.
• Track training performance, attendance, nesting performance, and certification results.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly training reports.
