Job summary

Policybazaar.com in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver engaging programs across communication, customer service, presentation skills, email etiquette, teamwork and leadership. You will assess needs, create learning materials, and deliver classroom, virtual and workshop sessions while tracking progress and impact on performance.

You'll coach employees on behavioral skills, mentor stakeholders, and continuously refine modules to meet evolving business

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of soft skills training experience, preferably in BPO, Insurance, or Sales.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and English/Hindi fluency.
