Job summary

Finecure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Gujarat (Sanand) is seeking personnel to manage stock and ensure accurate goods receipt processing. You will be accountable for inventory levels, order matching, and timely material delivery across departments.

Responsibilities include scrupulous record-keeping, billing checks, and coordinating with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or damages in shipments. A strong attention to detail and process discipline is required.

• Scrap management including maintenance of its records and proper disposal along with proper documentation.
• Material tracking and timely delivery of material as per requirement given in purchase requisitions raised by various departments.
• Conduct regular store operations activities such as stock taking, counting, and reporting discrepancies.
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, Quantities, prices) into internal database and match the received goods with Purchase order and coordinate with the vendor for any likely damage or non-receipt of goods as per Purchase Order.
