Job summary

RachTR in India seeks a Store/Warehouse Operator to manage day-to-day store operations, receiving, inspection, storage and issuance of materials, and maintain accurate inventory records. The role requires overseeing stock control, GRN records, ERP updates, and timely reporting to ensure materials are available for production and other departments. Minimum qualification is B.Sc.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations efficiently.
• Handle receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Ensure proper inventory management and stock control.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and other store documentation.
• Update inventory records in ERP/software and maintain supporting documents.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
• Track slow-moving, excess, damaged, and obsolete inventory.
• Follow company procedures related to safety, material handling, and inventory control.
• Support internal and external stock audits and provide required documentation.
• Supervise store helpers/operators and allocate daily work as required.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to the concerned departments.
