Job summary

Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd. in Pimpri-Chinchwad is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage inbound and outbound materials, ensure accuracy of stock, and coordinate with Quality and Logistics teams. You will maintain ERP records, perform regular stock verifications, and support audits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials from suppliers and transporters.
• Verify quantity, quality, and specs against PO, invoices and challans.
• Prepare GRNs and update in ERP.
• Coordinate with Quality for material inspection and acceptance.
• Store materials systematically and maintain inventory records in ERP and physical registers.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO for inventory control.
• Monitor min/max levels and reorder stocks.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock verifications.
• Identify slow/non-moving and expired inventory.
• Plan and coordinate dispatch of finished goods and materials as per schedule.
• Prepare dispatch documents and coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments.
• Maintain inward, outward, dispatch, and inventory records; liaise with Purchase, Production, Quality, Sales, Finance, Logistics.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials from suppliers and transporters.
• Verify quantity, quality, and specifications against Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and delivery challans.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and update in ERP.
• Coordinate with the Quality team for material inspection and acceptance.
• Store materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval. Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP and physical registers. Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory management.
• Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock verification.
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and expired inventory.
• Plan and coordinate dispatch of finished goods/materials as per dispatch schedule.
• Prepare dispatch documents, including delivery challans, invoices, e‑way bills (if applicable), packing lists, and transport documents. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments.
• Maintain all inward, outward, dispatch, and inventory records. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
