Job summary

Sterling Healthcare is hiring an IT Support Trainee for our Talegaon, Pune facility. The role involves maintaining IT hardware, installing and configuring systems, and performing preventive maintenance per SOPs. You will troubleshoot issues, manage backups, monitor the server room, and handle CCTV support with vendors.

Fresher candidates with BCA/MCA in IT are encouraged to apply. Training will cover SCADA/HMI/MMI systems, network issues, and user account management within the production

Qualifications

• BCA or MCA in IT or related field.
• Fresher candidates are welcome.
• Willing to work at Talegaon, Pune and learn IT support hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Maintain computer system and hardware inventory as per SOP IT003.
• Install computer hardware and configure OS and software.
• Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules for computer systems (IT005).
• Review and perform preventive maintenance per schedule.
• Maintain SCADA/HMI/MMI systems as per QA080.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, and network faults.
• Verify server backups: weekly NAS, incremental and full backups.
• Monitor server room temperature per SOP IT009.
• Perform data backups for PLC/HMI/SCADA/blister as per SOP IT009.
• Install, monitor, and resolve CCTV issues with vendor support.
• Create/activate/deactivate Domain user accounts.
• Manage user creation/modification/deactivation for quality control and production equipment.
