Qualifications

• End User Operation Support and remote/on-site troubleshooting.
• Familiar with ticketing tools and OEM coordination.
• Printer/scanner installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Hardware repair including thin clients, desktops, laptops.
• Printer/plotter support and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support and troubleshoot remotely or on-site.
• Manage IT inventory and ensure asset accuracy.
• Operate and resolve issues via ticketing systems.
• Coordinate with OEMs to resolve hardware issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
• Repair IT hardware including thin clients and laptops.
• Support barcode/printer devices and drivers.
• Handle plotter support with vendor coordination.
• Intranet and vendor apps support and configuration as needed.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. BCA/ MCA, Science graduate/ Diploma in Information Technology with relevant experience of work.
2. Thorough knowledge of IT inventory management and ManageEngine application
3. End User Operation Support & Troubleshooting of Client Machines/systems via remote access and On-site
4. Knowledge of the Ticketing tool system and exposure and Coordination experience with OEMs to resolve various issues.
5. Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network and local printers and scanners.
6. Repairing & troubleshooting of IT hardware-related issues, including Thin clients, CPUs, Desktops, Tablets, AIOS, Laptops, etc.
7. Barcode Printer Support installation & Configuration (Zebra thermal printers, TSC ME 240, Printronix, and Avery Dennison 5.4) etc.
8. Plotter support via vendor management (HP, Hanbond plotters, Richpeace, Gerber)
9. Intranet App/ Vendor Apps Support and configuration (such as Java Oracle setup, compatibilities as per the requirement of the modules, ERP App/Infor, etc)
