Job summary

DifGen Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd is seeking an IT Trainee to join the IT team in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting in technical support for end users, installing and configuring computer systems, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

You will gain hands-on experience in Windows administration, Microsoft 365, networking, asset management, and IT security under senior IT staff. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in CS/IT/Electronics, basic knowledge of Windows OS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or IT support tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company IT and security policies.
