Job summary

Aveva Drug Delivery Systems in Hyderabad is seeking an IT Trainee to join our IT team. The trainee will assist in providing technical support to end users, install and configure computer systems, and help maintain day-to-day IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP Addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or IT support tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company IT and security policies.
