Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track vehicles in real time and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure vehicles reach customer locations within the scheduled appointment time.
• Follow up with drivers and transporters for timely delivery updates.
• Collect and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) for completed trips.
• Escalate delays of more than 5 hours to the operations team.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and share daily tracking, POD pending, and weekly MIS reports.
• KPIs: 98%+ On-time appointment compliance, 97%+ Vehicle tracking visibility, 100% POD collection by the 15th, 100% escalation of delays over 5 hours, track 3540 active vehicles daily, respond within 15 minutes, 100% reporting compliance.
