Job summary

Accenture in India, Mumbai, seeks a Total Rewards Senior Analyst to deliver end-to-end compensation and benefits services within a shared services setup. You will manage payroll processes, administer benefits, and resolve employee queries while ensuring APAC compliance.

You will drive process improvements, handle escalations, and contribute to service excellence in a high-volume environment. A bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in compensation/benefits is expected.

What would you do?

• The Compensation and Benefits Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering end to end compensation and benefits services within a shared services contact center environment. The role ensures accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and resolution of employee queries, while maintaining compliance with APAC regulations.

• Primary skill - Compensation Administration Process Design - P3
• Bachelors degree in any discipline. Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• Shift Timings
• Must be flexible with respect to shift timings. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage end to end payroll and compensation processes including salary changes, variable pay, deductions, and validations.
• Administer employee benefits programs including superannuation, insurance, and leave entitlements in line with APAC requirements.
• Handle complex employee queries and escalations related to compensation, payroll, and benefits through contact center channels.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, taxation, and superannuation regulations in APAC.
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and support month end and payroll cycle activities.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HRIS and payroll systems.
• Drive adherence to SLA and KPI metrics including accuracy, turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and first contact resolution for escalations.
• Identify trends in compensation and benefits queries and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, finance, and vendors for issue resolution and benefits management.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with data privacy and financial controls.
• Strong understanding of Compensation and Benefits processes including payroll operations and benefits administration.
• In depth knowledge of APAC payroll regulations including Fair Work Act, taxation, superannuation, and Modern Awards.
• Experience in HR shared services and contact center environments with SLA driven delivery.
• Hands on experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, ADP, and SuccessFactors.
• Ability to handle complex payroll queries and escalations with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills for payroll validation and reporting.
• Experience in audit support, compliance checks, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across HR, finance, and employees.
