Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Total Rewards Senior Analyst to lead compensation process design, salary adjustments, and bonus structures across our organization. You will work with SAP and SuccessFactors to optimize benefits, salary tables, and stock purchase programs.

You will analyze data, collaborate with peers, and contribute to rewarding performance while supporting efficient operations and shifting schedules as needed.
