• Ensure compliance with client policies, labour regulations, and internal governance standards
• Maintain accurate employee compensation data within HR systems and reporting tools
• Collaborate with HR partners, payroll teams, and client stakeholders to resolve operational issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
