Job summary

Shavish Group in Pune is seeking an Experienced Injection Mould Designer to design, develop, and improve injection moulds from concept through tool trials to production approval.

The ideal candidate holds BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Tool & Die, with 5+ years hands-on experience, strong knowledge of SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD, mould steels, GD&T, and PPAP; plus Moldflow, PFMEA, and IATF 16949 familiarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Injection Mould Design experience.
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Tool & Die Engineering or Diploma in Tool & Die.
• Solid knowledge of SolidWorks/NX/AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of mould steels, HRS, shrinkage, GD&T, mould flow, and engineering plastics.
• Practical experience with T0/T1/T2 trials and PPAP.
• Knowledge of Moldflow, PFMEA, Control Plans, DFM/DFA, IATF 16949.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
