Job summary

Shavish Group in Pune is seeking an experienced Injection Mould Designer to design, develop and improve mould tools from concept to production approval. The role requires hands-on mould design with strong troubleshooting skills and attention to quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mould design, holds BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Tool & Die, and is proficient in SolidWorks, NX, and AutoCAD, with knowledge of mould steels, GD&T, and PPAP processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on injection mould design experience.
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Tool & Die Engineering or Diploma in Tool & Die.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, NX, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of mould steels, HRS, shrinkage, GD&T, mould flow, and engineering plastics.
• Experience with T0/T1/T2 trials and PPAP.
• Knowledge of Moldflow, PFMEA, Control Plans, DFM/DFA, IATF 16949.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
