B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Diploma/Post Diploma in Tool Design
12-15 Years
Proficiency in Siemens NX and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Mould Design principles.
Expertise in DFM preparation and tooling feasibility analysis.
Understanding of plastic materials, shrinkage factors, and molding process parameters.
Knowledge of CNC machining, EDM, wire cut, grinding, and polishing processes.
Experience in Moldflow/Moldex3D simulations.
Strong GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
Experience with BOM management, engineering documentation, and change management.
