Ray-Hans Precision Tools Private Limited in India is seeking an experienced mold design engineer to create complex, multi-cavity injection molds for connectors from concept through 3D models and 2D drawings.

The role involves conducting design reviews, simulations, and value engineering to optimize tool life, reduce cycle time, and lower manufacturing costs, while maintaining records and safety/quality logs and coordinating with tool room, molding, and QA teams to ensure defect-free tooling on

• Design complex, multi-cavity high-precision injection molds for connectors from concept to final 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
• Conduct design reviews, simulations, and value engineering to optimize tool life, reduce cycle time, and minimize manufacturing costs.
• Maintain up-to-date engineering records, revision histories, tool design standards, and safety/quality compliance logs
• Work closely with the tool room, production molding, quality control teams to deliver defect-free tooling on schedule.
