Job summary

V-Guard in India seeks an experienced engineer to lead new mould development projects from RFQ to production handover. You will review designs for manufacturability, prepare mould concepts, specifications, and technical requirements, and coordinate with design, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers during tool development.

The role focuses on monitoring mould delivery, planning trials, analysing results, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining comprehensive mould development records

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in injection mould development, mould manufacturing, or plastic product manufacturing.
• Knowledge of mould manufacturing process flow, plastic material, and reading engineering drawings, and mould maintenance.

Responsibilities

• New mould development projects from RFQ to production handover.

• Monitor Preventive Maintenance of moulds. Give technical assistance to supplier
• Maintain mould development records, trial reports and technical documentation
