Job summary

Birla Estates in Mumbai invites an experienced Planning Engineer to lead integrated construction schedules, monitor critical paths, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery. The role requires 5–8 years of planning experience in residential real estate, strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MSP, SAP, ERP and BIM, and proven ability to manage the project lifecycle.

You will produce progress reports, manage resources, track delays, and ensure compliance with RERA

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with NICMAR.
• 5-8 years of planning experience in residential real estate projects.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete project lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, micro-planning, resource planning and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Prepare integrated construction and project handover schedules.
• Develop project schedules, identify critical paths, and monitor progress against timelines.
• Create activity sequencing and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare tender schedules, project logistics plans, and sales milestone updates.
• Plan and monitor manpower and resource deployment across project sites.
• Prepare project workflows, cash flows, and annual business plans.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and management presentations.
• Track project delays, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare catch-up plans to bring projects back on schedule.
• Monitor project health using Earned Value Analysis (EVA).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with RERA timelines and statutory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and adopt technology for planning optimization.
