Job summary

Fuji Silvertech is seeking a seasoned Planning & Scheduling Lead to develop and maintain comprehensive master schedules (Level 1–4 WBS) using CPM. You will integrate engineering, procurement, and construction milestones into a unified baseline schedule and use Primavera P6 or MS Project to maintain logic, ties and milestones.

Responsibilities include tracking progress with EVM, generating executive reports, leading cross-disciplinary meetings, and driving recovery plans for delays or EOT claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (full-time).
• 8–14 years of planning and scheduling experience in large-scale infrastructure EPC projects.
• Expert in Primavera P6 and MS Project with data visualization skills.
• PMI PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and analytical communication abilities.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

Schedule Development & Baseline Management

• Build comprehensive master schedules, Level 1 through Level 4 Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), using Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Integrate engineering deliverables, procurement/vendor manufacturing milestones, and construction activities into a unified baseline schedule.
• Utilize software like Primavera P6 or MS Project to maintain schedule architecture, logic ties, and milestones.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly site progress against the baseline using Earned Value Management (EVM) systems.
• Generate performance indicators, visual S-curves, histograms, and executive-level progress reports.
• Lead regular project alignment meetings with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Risk, Delay & Claims Analysis

• Identify schedule bottlenecks, critical path slippages, and potential project delays proactively.
• Formulate and execute realistic recovery plans and acceleration strategies (e.g., resource reallocations or alternative sequencing).
• Conduct Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and assist commercial teams in evaluating Extension of Time (EOT) claims

Preferred candidate profile:

• Education: Bachelors degree (BE/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering, or Construction Management from AICTE/UGC approved Universities/Institutions (Must be Full time course)
• Experience: 8 to 14 years of progressive planning and scheduling experience within large-scale infrastructure EPC projects like, metro, roads, highways, buildings, oil, gas etc..
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and data visualization tools; strong grasp of Earned Value calculations.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) is added advantage.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder negotiation, and analytical communication abilities.
