Keystone Realtors is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Engineer to drive project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking for construction projects. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, critical path analysis, and proactive delay mitigation.
The ideal candidate will have NICMAR certification and experience with high-rise or large-scale residential developments, plus proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and advanced Excel for reporting.
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Planning & Scheduling Engineer responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, and reporting for construction projects. The role ensures that projects are executed within timelines through effective planning, resource coordination, and progress tracking while supporting project teams with data-driven insights.
Prepare detailed project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera, covering all construction phases including excavation, RCC, finishing, MEP, and handover. Develop WBS-based timelines with defined durations, dependencies, and milestones.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against planned schedules, identify delays and critical path impacts, update plans as per site progress, and recommend corrective actions for deviations.
Prepare DPR, WPR, and MPR reports, maintain progress dashboards and milestone trackers, and present schedule status along with delay analysis to management.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants to align procurement, manpower, materials, and inter-departmental activities with project timelines.
Analyze schedule variances, assess delay impacts, recommend recovery plans, revise schedules, and identify project risks with mitigation strategies.
Support planning and monitoring of manpower, machinery, and materials to ensure optimal resource utilization and productivity.
Maintain planning records, revisions, logs, and documentation accuracy for audits, reporting, and scope change tracking.
Qualification: NICMAR (Mandate)
B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
