Job summary

Godrej Properties in Mumbai, India, seeks an experienced Senior Project Planner to lead scheduling for residential/high-rise projects. You will create baselines, monitor progress, and drive recovery plans with Primavera P6/MS Project and Excel.

The role requires 7–10 years in planning for real estate developments, proven experience in multi-storey towers, and strong reporting/coordination skills. Bachelor's in Civil Eng preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in the planning function for residential construction projects.
• Experience with Real Estate Developer organizations is preferred.
• Completed at least two full project lifecycles from excavation to handover.
• Hands-on planning and monitoring of high-rise buildings (45-50 storeys and above).
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.

  • Real Estate Developer organizations
• Must have successfully completed at least two full project lifecycles, from excavation stages through final handover.
• Hands-on experience in planning and execution monitoring of high-rise buildings (45-50 storeys and above).
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, project scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in reputed Real Estate Development companies.
• Exposure to large-scale residential townships, commercial towers, or mixed-use developments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
