Job summary

Adhaan Solutions Pvt. Ltd. invites an experienced Planning Manager to lead master schedules for large-scale real estate and commercial construction.

You will oversee planning activities from pre-construction through handover, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and design teams to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires strong Primavera P6 proficiency, extensive scheduling knowledge, and a track record on high-rise commercial buildings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total experience in construction / real estate planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and update the Master Project Schedule using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Develop and manage detailed WBS, project schedules, baselines, and milestones.
• Prepare and track PMM schedules (Plant, Manpower & Machinery).
• Develop and monitor Tender Event Schedule (TES) covering tendering, contractor finalization, and mobilization.
• Plan and monitor pre-construction and post-construction activities.
• Develop construction sequencing and execution methodologies for large-scale projects.
• Track project progress against the baseline and identify schedule slippages.
• Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor project Cost Plan, Cost Incurred, and Cost to Complete (CTC).
• Coordinate with architects, design consultants, contractors, MEP teams, faade teams, interiors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct constructability reviews to improve execution efficiency and minimize rework.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans for schedule-critical activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support project budgeting, resource planning, statutory approvals, HSE milestones, and compliance tracking.
• Maintain planning records, revisions, approvals, and change logs.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination for large-scale real estate and commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience managing project schedules from pre‑construction through final handover, with strong exposure to high‑rise commercial buildings and coordination with consultants, contractors, design teams, and site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and update the Master Project Schedule using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Develop and manage detailed WBS, project schedules, baselines, and milestones.
• Prepare and track Plant, Manpower & Machinery (PMM) schedules.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of total experience in construction / real estate planning.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Planning Engineer / Planning Manager experience.
• Must have experience working from PMC or Client side on large‑scale projects.
• Experience in Grade‑A commercial buildings / high‑rise projects with minimum 20 floors and basements.
• Should have been involved in projects from pre‑construction stage to final delivery/handover.
• Strong experience in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, WBS, baseline management, delay analysis, and progress monitoring.
• Experience in high‑rise commercial / mixed‑use projects is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
