The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive timelines through effective reporting, dashboards, and MIS.

You will work with Design, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, Finance, and PM teams and visit sites to resolve planning challenges.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering.
• NICMAR or related postgraduate Construction Management preferred.
• 6–8 years in project planning, scheduling and controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for real estate/construction projects.
• Monitor progress against schedules, identify critical paths and risks.
• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Construction, Finance, and PM teams.
• Visit sites to review progress and resolve planning challenges.

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented planning professional to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control across real estate/construction projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive project timelines through effective planning and reporting mechanisms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring realistic planning and timely execution of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify critical path activities, and highlight potential delays and risks.
• Recommend corrective actions, recovery plans, and schedule optimization measures to achieve project timelines.
• Prepare and track project dashboards, MIS reports, progress reports, and management presentations.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate weekly/fortnightly progress updates from project sites and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project review meetings, track action items, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensure timely closure of identified concerns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, Finance, and Project Management to facilitate project delivery.
• Analyze productivity trends, resource utilization, project performance metrics, and key project data to support decision-making.
• Support management with project status updates, forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Visit project sites as required to review progress, validate schedules, and resolve planning-related challenges.
• Develop a strong understanding of the project lifecycle, from approvals and design development through execution, handover, and closeout.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, planning methodologies, and emerging construction technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (DCE/BE Civil)
• NICMAR or Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management preferred

Experience

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and Controls within the Construction or Real Estate industry.
• Prior site execution experience of 24 years will be an added advantage.
• Experience across residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments preferred.
