Job summary

Hero MotoCorp, headquartered in New Delhi, India, seeks a seasonedTM Engine plant maintenance professional for the Mc shop and weld shop. The role emphasizes electrical maintenance, PM planning, and spare parts management, reporting to SH Maintenance.

Candidates should have BE or Diploma in Electrical engineering with 8+ years of experience, including hands-on Fanuc CNC and Robot work, and familiarity with Mitsubishi controls and weld robots. Shift work and TPM/IMS involvement are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Fanuc CNC and Robots is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MC shop and weld shop, focusing on electrical aspects.
• Plan PM activities for Sundays and holidays.
• Manage spare parts for the family assigned.
• Support TPM and IMS activities.
• Utilize SAP PM module for maintenance tasks.

Role is TM Engine plant maint ( Mc shop and weld shop ) Report to SH Maintenance . Overall Maintenance of mc shop and weld shop maintenance especially in electrical field .Also Planning for PM of mc in sunday and Holidays . Spare part management of family assign to him .

6. Prersentation ( excel .power point .)

7. Spare part management .

8 . SAP PM Module .

9. Working in shift also coming on Sunday and holiday for PM activity.

A Day in the life

Customer first approch. Analysis of BD . Collaboration with mc shop and weld shop production for closure of their orc point.

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE or Diploma in Electrical engineering .
Must have exp in Fanuc cnc and Robot
EXp more than 8 years .

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1. Hands on experience in Fanuc CNC and Robot in electrical as well as mechanical .

2. Hands on experience in Mitshubishi control .

3. Hands on experience in Weld Robot and seam and spot . 4. Hand on experience in SPM and washing mc ,Leak test mc 5. Presentation TPM and IMS .

6. Spare part management .
