Job summary

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. is seeking an experienced TM Maintenance to oversee the overall maintenance of the MC shop and weld shop, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems. The role reports to SH Maintenance and includes planning preventive maintenance on Sundays and holidays.

The incumbent will handle spare parts management, coordinate with production teams, and ensure reliability of Fanuc CNC, robots, and welding equipment while driving TPM and IMS activities.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Electrical engineering is required.
• Must have experience with Fanuc CNC and Robot.
• Experience more than 8 years in maintenance roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain both MC and weld shops with emphasis on electrical systems.
• Plan PM activities including Sundays and holidays.
• Manage spare parts for the family assigned.
• Troubleshoot MC equipment and coordinate with shop teams.

Customer first approch. Analysis of BD . Collaboration with mc shop and weld shop production for closure of their orc point.

Academic Qualification & Experience

• BE or Diploma in Electrical engineering .
• Must have exp in Fanuc cnc and Robot
• EXp more than 8 years .

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• 1. Hands on experience in Fanuc CNC and Robot in electrical as well as mechanical .
• 2. Hands on experience in Mitshubishi control .
• 3. Hands on experience in Weld Robot and seam and spot .
• 4. Hand on experience in SPM and washing mc ,Leak test mc
• 5. Presentation TPM and IMS .
