Role

As the Team Manager you will be part of the Aluminium Phase- Quality Team and will report to the Section Head - Engine Plant Quality The purpose of your role will be to ensure defect Free Product/ Processes in Aluminium Phase section.

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 03-05 year experience in Manufacturing plant in 2 Wheeler industry

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• MS Office, SAP .
• Understanding of Quality Systems , Usage of QC Tools , PFMEA , SPC , Why Why Analysis etc.
• Through Knowledge of Drawings , GD&T , Machining operations.

Behavioural Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
