Job summary

Aditya Birla Group is seeking a compliance professional to ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory regulations across multiple project sites in Karnataka, India. The role involves maintaining records, coordinating with contractors for statutory submissions, and conducting regular audits to uphold company policies.

The position requires strong knowledge of CLRA, BOCW, Minimum Wages Act, ESI, PF, and Shops & Establishment Act, with robust coordination and admin skills for welfare, guest

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CLRA, BOCW, Minimum Wages Act, ESI, PF and Shops & Establishment Act.
• Experience in maintaining statutory records, registers, licenses, renewals and contractor compliance documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely submission of statutory documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations (CLRA, BOCW, Minimum Wages Act, ESI, PF, Shops & Establishment Act).
• Monitor statutory records, registers, licenses, renewals, and contractor compliance documentation for all project sites.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely submission of PF, ESI, labour licenses, wage registers, and other statutory documents.
• Conduct periodic compliance audits and site inspections to ensure 100% adherence to statutory requirements and company policies.
• Liaise with government authorities, labour departments, and regulatory bodies for inspections, approvals, registrations, and statutory submissions.
• Admin activities - employee welfare, hotel mgmt, guest coordination, billing, petty cash
