Lloyd Insulations in Mumbai seeks a Compliance & Industrial Relations professional to ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory norms. You will manage statutory returns, records, and employee benefit schemes, while handling government inspections and audits.

The role covers PF/ESI, gratuity, bonuses, leave encashment, and vendor audits, with emphasis on plant-level policy implementation and industrial harmony.

Responsabilités

• Ensure full compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare, file, and maintain statutory returns, registers, and records.
• Manage Compliance & Benefits: PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Leave Encashment.
• Handle inspections, audits, and queries from labour department, PF, ESI, and other government authorities.
• Oversee contract labour compliance, vendor audits, and related documentation.
• Manage Industrial Relations: grievances, bipartite meetings, union coordination.
• Support policy implementation and plant-level adherence to HR policies and statutory norms.

• Ensure full compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, Shops & Establishments, Maternity Benefit, etc.)
• Prepare, file, and maintain all statutory returns, registers, and records within prescribed timelines
• Manage Compliance & Benefits PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Leave Encashment, and other employee benefit schemes
• Handle inspections, audits, and queries from labour department, PF, ESI, and other government authorities
• Oversee contract labour compliance, vendor audits, and related documentation
• Manage Industrial Relations - employee grievances, bipartite meetings, union coordination, and maintaining industrial harmony
• Support policy implementation and ensure plant-level adherence to company HR policies and statutory norms
