Job summary

EY is seeking a QA professional with 5+ years of experience to validate Benchling Signals integrations and data synchronization workflows. The role focuses on test design and execution across REST/API, data validation, and XRAY-based test management, collaborating with integration teams to ensure traceability and quality.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is a plus. The candidate will design and run tests, manage defects, and ensure proper coverage of reagent lifecycle updates and metadata exchanges

Qualifications

• Experience with Benchling or Signals (Revvity/Signals One) or scientific data systems (LIMS, inventory systems).
• Understanding of integration testing for data synchronization workflows.
• Exposure to XRAY.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework, Tosca).
• Experience integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with REST/API testing and data validation.
• Experience in test case design and execution, regression testing and integration testing.
• Defect lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Benchling Technical Analysts and integration teams.
• Design, create, and execute test cases in XRAY (Jira-integrated test management).
• Validate integration flows for sample data synchronization and reagent lifecycle updates.
• Review and interpret integration design specifications and documentation (Signals/Benchling).
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test scripts, and defects.
