Job summary

Farming Hub in Tamil Nadu seeks a seasoned field sales professional to drive on-ground store visits, pitch products, and secure new orders across the territory, with a focus on building a robust retail network.

You will manage dealers and distributors, balance order intake with timely collections, and generate regular performance reports. Daily travel within Coimbatore and surrounding Tamil Nadu hubs will be expected to expand market share and improve receivables.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B/B2C channel sales or field sales operations.
• Strong network-building and dealer/distributor management abilities.
• Ability to track sales pipeline and drive receivables with discipline.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities:

• 1.Field Visits & Order Generation: Conduct regular on-ground store visits across the territory to pitch product lines, build retail connections, and secure new sales orders.
• 2.Dealer & Distributor Management: Act as the primary liaison for channel partners, building long-term relationships, resolving operational friction, and expanding network reach.
• 3.Sales & Collection Execution: Balance day-to-day operations with a core target split of 65% order intake and 35% payment collection to keep receivables healthy.
• 4.Reporting & Autonomous Strategy: Render regular reports on sales orders, pipeline, and market trends; independently design and execute localized strategies to beat targets and expand market share.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 1.Experience: 25 years of hands-on experience in B2B/B2C channel sales, Any Field Work, distributor management, or field sales operations.
• 2.Territory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Coimbatore/Tamil Nadu retail landscape and commercial hubs.
• 3.Core Competencies: Strong field negotiation, account management, pipeline tracking, and payment recovery skills.
• 4.Language & Mobility: Full proficiency in Tamil for field operations and English for internal reporting; willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
