Aufgaben

• Lead a sales team of 5-8 BDEs and provide guidance.
• Train and mentor the sales team on processes and targets.
• Achieve and drive team sales targets.
• Monitor performance and motivate team to exceed targets.
• Collect consumer feedback and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with BDEs for joint sales efforts.
• Utilize outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings to close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Implement a sales management process to prioritize key prospects and channels.
• Coordinate with stockists/partners to promote the brand.

Role & responsibilities

• Will be responsible for a team strength of over 5-8 BDEs
• Managing sales team, on the Job training, and providing overall guidance for the assigned territory.
• Achieving team sales targets.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collecting consumer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
• Regular Joint working with all BDEs.
• Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
• Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key consumer, prospects and channel partners.

Work closely with the appointed stockiest / identify new stockiest (channel partners) to promote company's brand.

Preferred candidate profile

• Willingness to learn, think differently & train reporting staff
• Job requires min of 20 days travel / month within the state
• To speak local languages, Hindi & proficient in English
• Those who possess People, Managerial, Technical, Communication, Sales & Analytical skills would have an edge in getting selected
• Good understanding on Commercials aspects of business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
• Exceptional Customer Service & Retention Skills
