Job summary

Control Print (CPL) is seeking an Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager to drive printer sales in the assigned territory around Hyderabad. The role involves branch-based or resident sales engineering activities and meeting sales targets.

The candidate should have 4+ years of sales experience, with BE in Electrical/Electronic or MBA or a graduate in any stream. Must be willing to travel and engage with customers for product training and support.

Qualifications

• BE in Electrical/Electronic or MBA is required.
• Graduate in any stream is acceptable as an alternative.
• 4+ years of experience in sales is expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales of printers for Control Point in a defined territory.
• Operate from the branch office or as a resident sales engineer.
• Focus on area sales and IB business within the territory.
• Conduct training and seminars for customers on existing and new products.

Key Responsibilities:

• To drive the Sales of printers for Control Point in a particular assigned territory.
• To operate out of the Branch Office or work as resident Sales Engineer.
• Drive Sales for Area assigned and to focus on the IB business for respective sale.
• Ensure Training /Seminars for Customers on the existing as well as new products and any new
• features.
• Ensure regular visits to the medium & Large size customer account.
• Working on competitors accounts and converting then to CPL account.
• Ensure repeat orders.
• Send Daily, weekly and monthly report to Branch Manager/Branch Sales Manager/Business Development Manager
• To operate out of a resident location, if required and take ownership of the resident location in terms of all sales activities.
• Payment Collection as per agreed PO Terms .
• Ensure territory coverage/scanning/visits
• Ensure optimal utilization of existing resources and proper tour planning.
• Fulfil the assigned sales target in terms of the nos. of printers booked/the sectors covered /the target industries reached/ The territory coverage done/Price realisation achieved / customer satisfaction level achieved/ timely collections of printer over dues/ C form collection etc.
• Ensure after sales support and help in installation process
• Regulatory and Statutory Compliance updation to be done on regular basis
• Update Product, Market and competitor knowledge from time to time.
