About the Role

• Drive sales of Control Print printers and expand business across the assigned territory.
• Manage medium and large customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and seminars to promote existing and new products.
• Achieve sales targets; ensure territory coverage, customer satisfaction, and timely payment collections.
• Support after-sales activities, installation coordination, and maintain regular reporting and compliance updates.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to strengthen sales performance.

About You

Skills & Experience Required:

• BE in Electrical/Electronic or MBA.
• 4–7 years of experience in Printing, Packaging, or Industrial Equipment industries.
• Experience in direct and technical sales of industrial equipment/products.
• Strong sales, customer management, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Good understanding of assigned territory and market dynamics.
• Self-driven, target-oriented professional with strong communication skills and business acumen.
