Job summary
V Guard in Puducherry seeks an experienced field sales professional to appoint and onboard distributors for modular switches, wires, and switch gears. You will drive core and secondary sales while ensuring product visibility and basic merchandising, and support distributor expansion across the territory.
The role requires strong negotiation, channel development, and willingness to travel within the local market. MBA candidates with extensive modular electrical sales experience are preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate with MBA preferred.
- Experience in modular switches, wires and switch gear sales.
- Local market knowledge of Chennai/Pondicherry.

- Appoint and onboard new distributors and dealers for modular switches, wires & switch gears
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned targets
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and basic merchandising
- Support distributors in territory coverage and dealer expansion
- Execute local promotions and sales schemes
- Track competitor activity and share market feedback
- Submit regular sales and market reports
